Roberto is graduated in Doctor of Chiropractic from the Glamorgan University (Welsh Institute of Chiropractic – UK). In the year 2010 he was awarded by the university commission as the best student of the year. After gaining experience in the Glamorgan clinic and in the orthopedics department at the Prince Charles Hospital in Merthyr Tydfil (UK) he began working in Italy in 2013. Nutrition, physical sciences and antiaging science

“Enrico started as a Body Builder in 1989, in a few years he became the attention of the world of Italian Physical Culture entering in 1994 in national and ranking third at the WABBA world championship of 1995. In 1994 Enrico becomes a student of the great Mr. Olympia Mike Mentzer who introduces him personally to the training technique he developed: the Heavy Duty. This meeting will change his life forever, making him the man and the researcher he is today. His great passion for the world of Physical Culture led him over the years to become one of the best known technicians in the industry; the sole popularizer in Italy of high-intensity techniques (Heavy Duty and HD / ZT Hybrid Protocol) through the academy he founded and of which he is the director: HITA (High Intensity Training Academy). His ten-year studies in biology, nutrition, physiology and genetics convert him from a simple technician to an industry researcher. In 2009 he published his first book on HIT techniques, “Intensity applied to the science of exercise”, followed in 2011 by his second book, La “Dieta Fasica” and, in 2012, from his third book “Hybrid Protocol HD / ZT “. In just a few years, his three books sell more than 5,000 copies, converting it into one of the industry’s undisputed authorities. Enrico today with his collaborators continues in his school to do research on new methods of training and food technologies aimed at improving performance in sport with an eye as always to the love of his life: the Physical Culture. The research carried out over the last 5 years has focused on food and training techniques aimed at slowing down aging processes in our species by addressing the issue through an evolutionary approach. “
